AJ's pre-designed custom templates

Ordering a custom website design is the best way to get exactly what you want. We work on the layout, colors images etc, until we have a design that is tailored to your needs.

But not everyone can justify the expense of doing this...so perhaps you are looking at other (cheaper) options?

The cheapest way by far, is to select a FREE template. Either one of the SBI 3 column templates that emerged from the iDesign3 contest, or a template from one of the multitude of template sellers online. TemplateMonster.com for example.

There is a drawback to this: others also have access to those templates, so you won't have an exclusive design. You can purchase the "unique price" on some of these templates, but that runs into the thousands of dollars. Seriously, thousands of dollars. That means they no longer offer that template for sale....but they may have previously sold it to others, so there is no guarantee that nobody else is using the same design.

The Trouble With Free Templates

So for those people who can't spend that amount of money (and honestly, who would want to?) your options are limited to using free templates. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be thinking that other webmasters have a design that looks the same as my website.

Just because there are huge number of websites online, don't think web surfers won't see the same design as yours when they are surfing the internet. If you choose a particular design, it's because the look and feel is a good fit for your niche, right? Which means others who are using the same design, are probably in a similar niche. Maybe the exact same one.

They might be using similar keywords, which means that both sites can come up in the search results for your keywords. If that happens, then it doesn't matter how many millions of websites are out there...chances are that people who visit YOUR website will have visited the site/s using the same template as you.

Cheap AND Unique Website Designs

During my time creating unique designs for my customers, it's inevitable that I have some designs that never get used. There can be several reasons for that: perhaps I offer a customer several design choices, they can only choose one of them. Or a customer's circumstances might change, and the design doesn't get used. And occasionally, I just have a great idea for a design and want to create it!

So I have decided to offer these existing designs at a low fixed price. Once a design is sold, it will be removed from this site, and never offered again. This means if you purchase one of them, YOU own it, and can be assured that nobody else has a copy, or ever will do in the future(unless you decide to give them one).

Limited Numbers Of Designs

The designs offered are all unique, I don't create "variations or spin-offs" at all. And when design is sold, it is removed from these pages. That means that at times there maybe nothing at all to be seen here. But why not bookmark the page, so you can check back from time to time to see if the design that is right for YOU has been added? It is likely that I will add no more than one or two designs per month. And when they are gone, they are gone permanantly.

Pricing

I did say cheap, and a fixed price. the cost is a flat $300. This is half the price that I charge for a custom design (starting rate is $599)If you aren't conviced of the value in that, visit templatemonster.com, and check out the buyout price for their designs. The range is in the 2-4K.

The only way I can offer these at this price, is that I only make minimal changes to the design for you, once you purchase it. Those changes will vary with the particular template, but generally include inputting your header text, changing header images (if you wish to supply your own) and anything else mentioned in the template specs.

If I need to make font changes, colors, and "maybe you could just change that box" or "I would like to have the header layout changed", then we are getting into the custom design field. That is not what these designs are about, sorry. If you see something that will suit you with minimal tweaking, that's great, you have got your self a unique custom design at a bargain price.
